To be frank, I admit I was tempted to replace them with metal rods myself until I looked closely at photos of the real thing. Indeed - looking at lower cover it's definitely square at the back - hats off to ICM! Iain mozart

thierry laurent
Does anybody know if a Finnish version with skis is foreseen? Besides the Silver wing era and Malta schemes, this is one of my favorites.
Dennis7423
Out of curiosity, what's the difference between the Mk.I and Mk.II cowlings, if any? Curious if the AIMS cowling would be appropriate for the Mk.II as well. The Mk.II is technically out, you can order it on eBay currently directly from the Ukraine. - Dennis S. quang
AFAIK, there is no difference between the Mk.I and Mk.II cowlings. But I’m no expert The kit cowling is excellent and gives two options: closed or opened panels. Mmmm, I may be tempted by a Mk.II... Uncarina
Thanks Iain! I just ordered the Mk.II, and am looking forward to trying out an idea I have to solve the challenges of rigging the interplane area. Cheers, Tom

Grunticus
Today my two Microdesign PE sets for the ICM Gladiator arrived from Chelyabinsk in the Russian Federation. They do look lovely! I usually buy Eduard PE but find that a lot of it I don't bother with. When my build comes up I wonder how this one suits me.
