imatt88
Hey all, Is the only 1/32nd scale model of the Vought Kingfisher still the old Combat Models vac? I thought I heard somewhere that a company had an IM kit in the works. Any news? Cheers, Ian
Vandy 1 VX 4
Kitty Hawk makes a 1/32 scale Kingfisher. It's been out for like 2 years. Out2gtcha did a great build on it here. CANicoll, Joel_W and Rick Griewski

Out2gtcha
The OS2U was a great little build. It's delicate in places, and some of the sprue layouts are odd with many multiple sprue gates on super delicate parts like the ignition ring. Just remember to clean each of the parts before install Some KHM kits do have a bit of flash, but it really wasn't a big deal to me. Cheers, Ian Hi Ian, I don't remember when they got the 747 but it was a few years ago. I took pics of it one fine morning at ZBAA (Beijing) - we were sitting on the ramp with a broke airplane parked next to Ed Force One. I'll try to dig up the photos. Even though I moved on from the 757 a few years ago, still my favorite. Does IM still have theirs? Or just the 747 now? I'm going to have to get one of those Revell kits too! I built the 1/44th 747-200/SS kit - ancient, terrible fit, and the new 747-8 - great kit, very nice build. Hopefully the -400 is a newer mold. Cheers, Mark
