Terrific paint work on the rudder. Yup, less weathering at times means a bit more attention and neatness.

Looking so good

Keep 'em coming

[EDIT: I misinterpreted the information provided. Best guess is that the stripes DID NOT extend to the bottom as portrayed here.]

Thanks everyone. Minor update...more masking and based on some sound input...angled stripes extended to the bottom. Again, some clean up will be required.

Gold stripes painted. A bit thinner than intended, but I'll accept it for now. I did make the stripe near the aft a little thicker on purpose as they look thicker on the real aircraft, but I now I look at the pictures again -- I'm not seeing that (the fuselage pinches giving me that illusion, I suppose)...LOL. Some detail painting as well.

I'll give it a light sanding and will clear it for decals soon.

Thanks all!

I lightly sanded, then clear coated the model with a Future/Windex/drop of Flow aid mix. About 3 coats. Not as glossy as I want and it sure revealed  a lot more flaws compared to a flat finish...but I'm happy.

(That blue looks weird on this photo...edit, better photo.)

Ready for decals...I can't wait!
