Zero77
Ouch ! Outstanding ! More than the perfect eye catcher, it's an eye scratcher ! This is one of the best model i've ever seen ! Hope than my Macchi M.39 will be 25% as good as this one, and i'd be happy !

Guest Peterpools
Eric Gorgeous DH Comet. Thoroughly enjoyed for the build and along the way, picked up a few new techniques. Stunning work and I tip my hat for a remarkable and brilliant finish. :clap2: Peter

Lee White
If I was a Bajillionaire, I think I'd throw money at Scaled Composites to make me one of these, vintage looks and modern materials. Can you imagine what that would look like in the air? Great job, Eric!

geedubelyer
Beautiful job Eric and worth the wait. You have really done the old girl justice and captured the graceful lines to a tee. I am in awe of your talent for making a uniformly glossy finish look so easy. Kudos man. Thanks for taking the time to share your photos and additionally for including the comparison photos with the other types. When one considers that the Comet is an older design than the Tiger Moth it puts just how elegant this design was into perspective. Cheers. Edit: Just read your post about the possible re-release of this kit Eric. Thanks for the heads-up. That will be one to watch out for. Better start saving. allthumbs
Outstanding Eric. A beautiful rendering of a beautiful aircraft. De havilland did indeed have a knack for design elegance, especially during the "golden age" of aviation. You have done it justice. Congrats!
