LSP_K2
Some paint slopped on the IP. After adding the airscale instruments and placards, it ought to look OK I think. Lars Befring, Iain, sandokan and 4 others

Tiz lovely clean work K2! Should look outstanding with some of Peters decals. sandokan and LSP_K2

LSP_K2
Thanks, fellas. Well I found another interesting reference to view while working on this project, (it was,... "hiding"). At one time, I was collecting the "At War" series, but never got beyond 10 or so volumes. sandokan and mpk
Iain
That IP's going to look superb! Iain LSP_K2 and mpk
LSP_K2
Thanks, Iain. I tried the "hairspray technique", on the pit, with disastrous results; salvageable, but very annoying. Why I ever tried a process I'd never done before, on a model I intend to enter in the nationals, is anybody's guess. mpk
LSP_K2
Perhaps not as much as I'd like, but I'm at least making some progress. Iain, leoasman, mpk and 3 others

LSP_K2
Well thanks, fellas. My main goal here will be the exterior, but I still have to try and make the interior look at least OK, and it seems to be taking forever.
LSP_K2
Ok, now that the big weekend dinner is behind us, it's time to resume work on this big boy, hopefully one of my entries in the 2016 IPMS Nationals. Work resumes on the cockpit, with additional painting now being done (I had to do a lot of it over, as it really looked pretty cheesy). I probably won't spend an extraordinary amount of time on this. mpk, Derek B, Girlscanplay2 and 3 others
