  2. More inspirational fablusness! Nice one Tom!
  3. Wow, how did I miss this!!?? Tour de Force, excellent reference, thanks! Like a few I suspect, I seem to have been breeding Revell Hunters, I think I have 7 in the stash!
  4. PPD Ltd, Lochgilphead, in Scotland. https://ppdltd.com/
  5. Use them extensively, very useful tools indeed although they don't hold their edge for long hacking through polystyrene or harder materials like 3d printed resin parts. Easy to get the edge back though with a fine whetstone and a drop of oil. They are quite expensive, but I managed to pick up a few which were out-dated for surgical purposes. Get one of the handles designed for them too, they are not secure in a standard Exacto type handle. Recommended.
  6. Same folks who picked the scale, I trust..... Hey, Tim, stop being a grumpy old git......
  7. Hi folks, sorry, life at Perry Towers has been freeping bonkers the last couple of years, and I decided as I couldn't keep all the plates spinning, something had to give, so I canned all the accessories and half baked projects. Apparently, I have been a great deal saner and less 1000 yard stare than I had been! Several other projects were culled too, so no more subcontracting design, the last couple of such projects utterly burned me out, and with several family members with serious health issues, and my dear father in law passing over Christmas, you can imagine the Perry Clan has been crashing about firefighting for months and months. Enough! I am sorting, culling and rationalising, with the absolute intention of clearing the shed for just MY projects. With Bus Pass Day bearing down on me in the Autumn, I am hoping, finally, to A) Finish the Swordfish, B ) finish the AEW1 Skyraider, C ) Finish the Wizard, D ) finish the HS1121 Then? We will see. Max, we have already spoken. And I suggest folks watch my eBay account. There might be a bargain or three popping up occasionally! Hey, sorry, back to Mikes fab Tornado! Wonderful!
  8. I have asked loads of times. No going to happen.....
  9. Saw this little beastie in the flesh a few nights ago (Wiltshire Scale Modellers, Pewsham Community Centre, third Thursdays, 7.30 pm, all welcome, 'scuse the plug!) and it really is a splendid little model! T
  10. Sorry, late to this one! I am interested to see if anyone commenting on this thread, is actually going to have a go! The original poster started by saying, these subjects were ones we would have to scratchbuild if we wanted them, and he is almost 100% correct in that! So, who is going to give it a go? I have a couple on the PC/Workbench, they definitely will NEVER ever be kitted, and I am definitely NOT going to be developing them as kits, after 45 years of that game I am looking forwards to finally doing some of my own projects, just for me! Tim Oh, what are they? Westland Wizard, and Hawker P1121...... I'll try and post some pics this evening. And yes, I know, I should really finish the Swordfish first.....
  11. If silver with a glorious blue flash all along the top of the fuselage is acceptable, that might be a good thing to get me finishing something. At last....
