Curtiss P-40N-5-CU Daddy Please/Milk Wagon Express, Hasegawa

Recommended Posts

As planned, I started the Curtiss P40N-5-CU Daddy Please/Milk Wagon Express build. As usual, I start with the cockpit. I am in the phase of varnishing with glossy varnish, without oil wash yet. I am waiting for the sanding of the fuselagejoint - the tail part. Then I'll move on to riveting.

Guys, slowly but surely. The cockpit is almost ready to be glued into place, as is the cooling system. The oil wash dries, so I'm waiting for spraying with matte varnish. The next step will be the unpopular riveting. Actually the title of the topic is not entirely accurate. This is a special edition Eduard with all accessories.

Excellent work so far.
I assume that the instrument panel is Eduard, I’m always impressed when you can see the numbers on the dials, most of theirs seem to use just dashes.

I was thinking about the Eduard dashboard. In the end I decided on Yahu. It had a finer print structure.
