Aviacom
Hi, I've just got myself a GWH P-40 kit yesterday, and WOW! What a kit it is! So much so, I've packed everything away that was on the bench, had a bloody good tidy up and now got the new kit on the bench to start. I've decided on an RAF Tomahawk scheme, Temperate Land Scheme, they just 'Look Right' in that scheme. However, I have a couple of questions before I start it. 1. Did the RAF Tomahawks use the Sutton Style RAF Seatbelts or the supplied US Style seatbelts? 2. Did the RAF Tomahawks have the US Style square Aluminium seat or the Bakelite 'Spitfire Style' seat whilst in RAF service? 3. I take it the RAF Tomahawks continued to have the cockpits in the 'Curtis Interior Yellow Green' and they were not resprayed in the RAF Interior Grey Green before they went into RAF service? I cannot seem to find any definitive answers to these questions! I thank you in advance if you can help. Cheers. Uncarina and LSP_K2
ScottsGT
Must be a humdinger if it’s a bench clearing kit. Start a WIP thread! LSP_K2 and Rick Griewski
