Sasha As Posted May 29, 2022 Share Posted May 29, 2022 Good day colleagues, I present you a model of Spitfire Mk VB in 32. The prototype was a machine from 303 Sqn S\Ldr Jan Zumbach. The personality is very interesting. Wanted to make a plane of this pilot. But to say at once that the model itself turned out on the prototype motif. The model itself in many places is geometrically far from ideal. After reading its shortcomings, I decided to fix some minor things. But that's the assembly itself - above all praise. Perfectly all come together, so that the assembly was a pleasure, and in general just an excellent model to assemble. Tweaks, alterations : removed imitation webbing on horizontal plumage, imitated rivets; made drainage; finalized landing gear struts; finalized water radiator ;guns replaced with metal ones ;added an air intake under the cockpit; Roof door ; cabin wiring ; sight; cable antenna; tension of belts simulated; added absent parts in the chassis niches; little things. Painted with tamiya and hobby color. Identification marks letter code blown under stencils. I wish everyone a pleasant viewing experience!!!
