Folks,

Please see attached photos of my now completed 

WNW Bristol Fighter

  • Scale: 1/32
  • Type: Post War Bristol Fighter
  • Extras used: HGW Seatbelts, RB Rigging and Turn buckles, Elastic flat thread
  • Paints and colours used: Tamiya silver and light grey mix. Tamiya clear orange, Burnt umber oils
  • Other info:Flory Wash

I had a bit of a fight with her as I was never going to be happy after dropping the model and the remedial surgery involved.  

I entered her in the Irish Model Soldier Society Show and was very surprised to come second in 1/32 behind David Parkers Tamiya Mustang. I also won the Air Corps award.

Excellent - I see too many WNW kits with turnbuckles at weird angles, good to see one done properly.

 

Probably WNW's best kit.
