F-4E Phantom II "Betty Lou" - Tamiya 1/32 -Finished

Hi Joycraft !

Your phantom is superb ! The finish is just outstanding !

I dont know if you remember, but some years ago, we were having a WIP thread on this F-4E at the same time on a french forum. Mine has stalled long ago.... :) It's patiently waiting for me to strip its "Betty Lou" scheme to repaint it as "Diane".

It seems that this one took a lot of time. You must be relieved now ! And proud, as the result is really amazing.

 

Just a detail : i've noticed on several pictures a fuselage tricolor (green white blue) band on the Betty Lou. However, i dont know if it was always present on the aircraft.

If I remember, you started 2 Phantoms! No???

 

Sorry for these short sentences in French...

J'ai fait une pause à cause de rénovation majeurs sur la maison et aussi pour me consacrer davantage au enfants (4).

Maintenant qu'ils sont grands, j'ai plus de temps pour notre hobby.

Par contre, je n'ai pas perdu de temps. J'ai fait des projets plus modestes.

Pour les bandes, d'après mes recherches, à cette période il n'en avait pas mais je peux me tromper...
