BiggTim
.... Our late, lamented vac monster Larry Hawkins (Maverick72848) built them by the dozens. Late? I didn't know Larry had passed. Bummer....I used to communicate with him a lot back in my 32SIG days. Harold
Guest Jessie_C
So has anybody built a CM vac form and can vouch for their quality etc? I'm very interested to see that both a Cornell and an Anson are available in 1/32nd. Should be fun! Max Combat moddels is not only a brand name, it's a description. And a warning. Here's their 1/72 C-17 being given the treatment by a master. Rick Griewski, Alburymodeler and Harold

Lee White
Hi Max, Glad to hear that you are ready to tackle the Cornell!! As an appetizer, here is Jerry Rutman's build of this exact kit... Perhaps you can ping him for more info? http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=52576 mozart
mozart
Thanks again Lee....that's decided it, the Cornell it is! As a long time admirer of Tom Probert and his inspirational builds, I shall take on the CM build with vigour!! Lee White
Would love to see pics of the B-57 This is the ID kit, but it probably is similar to the Combat kit. http://www.largescaleplanes.com/articles/article.php?aid=1525 One more- http://www.largescaleplanes.com/articles/article.php?aid=233 Edited January 22, 2015 by Lee White

Tnarg
Hope to see pictures of the SR-71, as that would give us a good idea about their latest releases. The older ones are literally that. Some are many decades old. We don't know the quality of the new ones until we see them. Hopefully, they are better than the earliest. Edit: I could like a DC-3 in 1/32, and we could probably find some resin/plastic engines and props that might work (Wright R-1820 or Pratt and Whitney R-1830). Probably need to cast a "planeload" of seats though. Tnarg Edited January 23, 2015 by Tnarg Harold
Jack
Would love to see pics of the B-57 Rob, not a completed project (yet) but take a look at my "stalled effort" to do a WB57F: http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=38280&hl=wb57f I'm still very fond of this weird looking aircraft..... Lee White
Really glad there is a kit out of the Firebrand. Might have to look into that one. Matt http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19330-firebrand/ Radders
Starfighter
It's a shame there a re no photos of the kits on their website. Although I have to admit that there are only very few subjects which I'd be tempted with...
famvburg
IIRC, Jeff includes injected plastic or resin parts for landing gear, props, engines, etc.
