Sometimes it is hard to see the Forest through the trees ,I just realized that I have the shape of the bottom of the intake wrong and it is something I need to correct,i did not see this tell I made my

post.

Marcel, that picture is of a Wright J65 powered Skyhawk. Those NACA vents weren’t present on the later Pratt & Whitney powered Scooters.

Thx, I didn’t know that. That said, I was trying to show how the trunking rapidly turns towards the centreline, which is not at all the case on the kit intakes.

I have been working on trying to get the right profile on the intakes for a while and I think I have it . I didn't want to over  exaggerate it
