LSP/1:32 SIG at SMW 2024 Telford

With the end of August almost upon us, the harvest ongoing, and schoolchildren here looking forward (or not) to the new academic year, thoughts in the MikeC Mancave turn to SMW.  I see on the IPMS website that 32nd SIG has a stand.

So if this is not too early, who else is planning to go, and who's leading on the stand? I would like to contribute something if I may.

I haven’t been since 2018, so this year might warrant a visit!

Is that when you bought my Seafury off me, only for Fishers house to burn down a day later? Still bitter so many years later!

Anyone else? Surely there must be a few more? Or it could be a rather empty stand ...:tumble:

Agreed Mike, the problem as I see it is that one has to commit to doing both days in order to have exhibits on the stand? Whilst I’m keen to come this year I’m afraid it will only be for either Saturday or Sunday.

Not necessarily, plenty of clubs and SIGs will have some people exhibiting for one day only. I assume the 32nd SIG does as well. Quite apart from allowing those there for one day only to show their work,  it varies the display a bit between the two days.
