Any guess on what shipping is from the US to Aus, @LSP_Kevin?I’ve seen lots of Enterprises in stock around here (I have an -A in the closet)……

Wow, big wow. Really nice work, Rod! The first image had me thinking it was an actual Dauntless on the tarmac.

Scott, LSP,
You are correct in it's "Beating a Dead Horse and Beating it Again".
Y'all never read, or understood what "canvas covers" I was speaking about anyway...
-Not the control stick boots, that was answered, and I agreed.
-Not the Radio/Radar zipped cover, as I never mentioned it, and know it wasn't used on in service Aircraft, unless maybe in hanger or maintenance useage.
- Was inquiring about the L/R, Port/Starboard, for the sea going people's, "canvas/hemp covers" on the REAR COCKPIT FLOOR being removed, and never answered. They are the 2 "panels" on the kit floor in the rear cockpit., L/R(P/S) side edges in the F...ing rear. No worries!
Model on, Sir.
I'm out...
Alfonso
These ones.....
Might have been you that pointed them out to me on my build last year?

Wow, it looks tremendous so far Brett!
I was just thinking about the newly purchased C model Trojan in front of me, and how I've built 2 of these and have two in the stash unbuilt, but have never built one for myself!
Just be sure to add an Oz or more in addition to the OOB KHM weights.
Thanks Brian! Sounds like you’ve got a project ready and thanks for the tip, extra weight to be added.

The fit was horrendous on my example, even though many other people building the kit here at LSP had no trouble at all. Something to watch out for. I am currently tinkering with the filling and sanding of the cowling, trying to get to the point of a rescribing. And a full rescribe it will be!
Keep up the excellent work.
Thor
Thanks Thor! I’d read through your build too….hope I don’t run into problems like that. But, next build awaits, just in case.

Really nice looking, Pete

Just to prove this hasn't already been forgotten <cough> USS Franklin <cough>, I wanted to share what I've had time to complete so far. This is 90% decal so far, then touch up with paint and some dry brushing. The side panels have yet to get any Tamiya flat to even the sheens out, so don't hold that against me....it's rough in places. Hopefully work will slow down a bit and I can spend more time than 30 minutes a few times a week!
Comments, critiques, the normal......have at it gentlemen!

Nice Pete, me like!

That spine panel is surprisingly bad, for as good as I’ve heard these kits are. Maybe reach out to ZM?

Sheesh, that looks good. Beautiful as always, Pete!

Nice show Woody, really good. Looking forward to seeing the RFI shots!
