  1. Thats why i posted those pictures, the intake faces are not larger on British Phantoms, but larger further back due to the Spey engine being bigger. Darren
  2. I have 3 of these kits(in various states,i'm not likely build them), you can build the GR1 or GR3 straight from the box, the Sea Harrier is the same kit but with extra sprue for the revised front end and canopy, so no GR canopy included. Cheers Darren
  3. Having read about all the errors in the kit, i was wondering if the turrets on this would be more accurate than supplied in the kit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/B-24-J-Liberator-huge-paper-card-model-102cm-wingspan-1-33-scale/223418988956?hash=item3404cf399c:g:aokAAOSwDk5UHqKU Just a thought Darren
  4. Hi Folks Sounds like fun so count me in as a recipient. i don't have much in the stash to donate but i'll donate a Revell Tornado ECR Darren
  5. Mmmm that'll will be then, Lurking around for a while, but very few posts. Honestly not had time for modelling in the last 18 months, hoping to get something started over the winter. Cheers Darren
  6. Very nice , one strange thing is your Lifelike decals, the artwork background decal is yellow in my set its a pinkish colour yet the instructions say it's a blue grey background colour!!!....so it looks like Lifelike are sending out decals with different colour but the one required. Darren
  7. Hi Joel Great work on the pit, been following along for tips just a pity it's taking so much work. I was hoping it was going to be a fall together type of kit, but as your proving it certainly isn't that, so much so I thought I can't be bothered with the hassle just sell it on but since I've always had a soft spot for the Bronco I'll keep it in the stash and continue to follow your great work and make some notes for when I do get the nerve to attempt it. Keep going on the good work mate. Darren
  8. Ohhh yes yes yes, 43 and 111 Squadrons, cannae wait
  9. I've one in the stash, so I'll follow your build to see how it goes. Darren
  10. Finally bought one, think I'll get the pit too. Starting to come along nicely going to be a beauty when it's all done. Darren
  11. PM me, I've got 3 of these, never get round to building them all. Darren
  12. Looking good, still following your build, still toying with the idea of buying one of these. Just bought Hasegawas Ju 87G,Revell P-38 and Hawk T1A oh and Hobbyboss F-84G better not buy for a bit , Wife is fuming!! . Great detail work dont think i'll go that far on mine. Darren
  13. Pre computer design, for a 50s design they got it bang on, only the F15 has matched it from take off to the stars since.
  14. Hi Max mmmm off the top off my head,....cockpit and canopy too fat, belly tank(on both) way off, F6 looks like its pregnant, undercarriage to tall, Iain (32SIG) has started a correction for it, have a search and you'll see what i mean. Its what put me off buying one (i'm a big lightning fan) until he finishes his correction sets. Darren
