dodgem37 Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 That is some damn nice modelling and detailing. Why the indented, and not scribed, hand-holds? Tell me about the angled rivetting on the boss, and the rivetting at the gun orifice. I haven't seen that before. Where did you find that info? Many thanks. Sincerely, Mark

There are pre-production details, so they will be enhanced in production run. Concerning the prop boss - I have some good reference photos, where these details are visible. Small rivets very subtile are almost invisible. They need to keep inner stiffeners. They may have slightly less angle on real thing than I've done. All 109 spinners have four screws around gun opening and some of spinners have additional ring here, as Revell made on original detail. Thank you, Alex. Edited May 1, 2015 by Fencer-1 Zero77 and D.B. Cpt_Farrel Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 That looks great! Looks as if it would fit the Revell G-6/G-14 kit? If so, brilliant way to allowing a G-10 with the smaller wheel bulges! / Anders Rick R. 1
nmayhew Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 looks beautiful! on another note, did you not say you were looking at replacement external bomb racks for the Revell He111 H-6? or was that not you? (oops!)
DougN Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Looks a bit "overfed" to me, but maybe that's just the photos.
Fencer-1 Posted June 1, 2015 Author Posted June 1, 2015 Hello, friends! The set will be available in the middle of June. Now I'm about 5000 miles from home due some circumstances.
Thomas Lund Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Why dont you do a non-erla G-10 nose. With the breakdown of parts seen above it should be easy to convert ?
Fencer-1 Posted June 1, 2015 Author Posted June 1, 2015 We will do also G-6AS/G-10 conversion this summer. Alburymodeler, Thomas Lund, D.B. Andrus and 1 other 4
andromeda673 Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 what kits will this conversion set work on? stupid question I know.
Bill M. Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 As far as I know, they are all designed to be used on the Revell of Germany series of Bf-109 kits-- the G-6 and G-10 Erla. Bill M.
