mustang1989
My son was at our house all day with his Aunt yesterday and didn't want to get on his phone, tablet or Xbox like he usually does sooooooooooo...............he went into the hobby room and grabbed the Raptor kit that I bought him at the end of June and went to work. Evidently he worked on it trying to turn out the best build he could. When I got home last night he met me out in the drive way and led me into the hobby room to proudly show off his creation to me. I guess he's really gotten into the last couple of builds that I've been working on and wanted to follow suit. He was so happy with the results that I couldn't help but to clean it up just a smidgen more, take some glamour shots and put it on his computer as wallpaper and build a screen saver for him and to post it here for him. Hope you guys enjoy it. This is what he started with: I must say that I've been pleasantly surprised with the level of detail in the "Max" kits. Lotsa goodies in there for a Snap Tite kit. Here she is: and a shot of the interior. Again not bad for a snap kit: Girlscanplay2, Bill_S and Bill Cross

BloorwestSiR
Great job by your son! It's great to hear he was excited about building it and the finished kit. I've picked up a couple of the Revell snap kits for my bits and they've been hit and miss in terms of quality. The Audi R8 and Jeep were good, the Fire Truck not so much. My oldest picked up the new Ford GT snap so we'll see how that goes. Carl mustang1989
Hawkwrench
He did an awesome job on the truck. I'm sure your really proud of him for: A- He did a great job of building that model! And B- For following you in your footsteps! Glad to see some kids still like to build models instead of playing video games. I give it a double thumbs up!!!!!!!!
