LSP_Ron
For the last two weeks I've been sitting at the kitchen island working on this. It's the 1/32 Dragon Panther D kit, the instructions are typical Dragon, as clear as mud and have you looking for a base ball bat at times but I got through it. I've never attached tracks to the tank before painting but with this kit you really don't have a lot of choice. Next up is painting the lower hull and tracks then attaching the upper hull and paint and weather Cheers CANicoll, Bill Cross, Uncarina and 5 others
Uncarina
Ron, Looks good! I'd love to build a 1/16 static Panther. Cheers, Tom LSP_K2

Gazzas
Ron, That looks great Ron. I hate to imagine trying to paint wheels and tracks. Gaz
Bill Cross
It's the 1/32 Dragon Panther D kit, Ron, I think you have airplanes on the brain, as I'm PRETTY sure Dragon kits are 1/35th. But otherwise it looks FAB and I'm looking forward to see it painted. Edited October 24, 2017 by Bill Cross phasephantomphixer
LSP_Ron
LOL, OMG Bill your right! Thanks guys, I am now building an M3 Lee once it's assembled I'll start some paint sessions for both of these. I'm onto tanks because my hobby room has no windows and we've been having such nice fall days I don't want to sit in there, They build clean so I've been building these on the kitchen island were I can enjoy the sun and talk with the better half while still building. CATCplSlade
a panther was my first tank, Looks good except for one detail: You heat oxidized the two intake pipes on the lefthand exhaust. Those were for cooling and didn't blow out heat. Shawn M, LSP_K2 and Bill Cross
Shawn M
^ had NO idea! Thanks, always wondered about the multiple pipes and now I know! LSP_K2
CATCplSlade
When they altered the air flow to send heat into the crew compartment, they had to add the additional intakes to offset the reduction of air to the left side of the engine.
