Erwin
First topside coat of paint. 50/50 % mix of matt black green and satin dark green. No need to ask if I'm going to weather it. The Germans just repainted the plane. dmthamade
Brushpainted and wet paint flattened with a small piece of sponge. Always impressed by your brush painted builds. Interested in your technique of paint flattened by a small piece of sponge? Don
Erwin
Thank you for the nice comments. It's been a while that I'm actually enjoying a build. This gives me the drive again and to get started on another "special" project after this Spitfire. Edited January 20, 2016 by Erwin

dennismcc
Nice one Erwin, still looks strange with them big black crosses on though, it looks somehow deadlier. Cheers Dennis geedubelyer
geedubelyer
It is peculiar to see a Spit in crosses but will make for an interesting model. Neat improvisation work on the balkenkreuz Erwin. Cheers.
