Hardcore
So I came across an item I had never heard of except at the dentist's office); a portable water flosser. Some figurine painters have started cleaning their airbrushes with this gadget. . Interesting idea! Especially intriguing is the cordless version. I have no idea how resistant the liquid container is to different solvents; Vallejo, MRP, and similar should probably work. Of course, a plastic bottle with a narrow nozzle should work well as an alternative https://www.philips.se/c-m-pe/power-flosser#triggername=color_white Edited September 8, 2023 by Hardcore

quang
You can put any thinner in a squeeze bottle. It generally made of polyethylene (the same material they’re selling your thinner in). Rick Griewski

Oldbaldguy
Wait. What? I must have missed something. Are we suggesting I floss my teeth with leveling thinner??? I guess that would be fair since I use a toothbrush on my models… MikeMaben, Rick Griewski, thierry laurent and 2 others 1

ringleheim
I water floss (my teeth) every day. The thing shoots out water with actually quite a bit of force. Yes, it has a pressure dial, but even if dialed down to "1" it's a precise, sharp, HARD jet of fluid. I can't imagine cleaning an airbrush with it without getting the cleaning fluid all over the room. Maybe I'm missing something.
Rick Griewski
I bet that the cleaning fluid will trash the thing in short order. The thing is compatible with water. Gazzas
