Gazzas Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Just finished this one. Got the kit for a song and along with it came some Eduard Photo Etch and a metal barrel. The kit Thoma Schurzen brackets were too short, so I had to rip them off and got skirt less... so to speak. Thank you for looking! Daywalker, LSP_K2, dodgem37 and 13 others 15 1
Panzerwomble Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Figures look absolutely spot on,even down to the chipped helmets ! I thought you reckoned you couldn't do them ? LSP_Matt and Gazzas 2
John1 Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Nice work. Always liked this vehicle, I guess it speaks to how desperate the Wehrmacht was to field AFV's as fast as possible, that they decided to cobble this one together as they did.
LSP_Matt Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Mate. Awesome work all around. Weathering on the soldiers super good. Thanks for posting Matty

Thank you, Chris... on both accounts. You'll have to be more specific on which approach, though. Basically acrylic or lacquer base, shaded and blended with enamels. If I run an area where my shading is too stark I use an filter applied with the airbrush to level it out. Finally, pigments for grime. Some guys can shade with acrylics... but i don;t have that gift.
