I'll spray on some yellow when I get home tonight.

4" in 1/32 scale is 1/8"

If you see this kit at your LHS or for cheap on ebay....buy it!

You can have an enjoyable "roots" build OOB or throw a lil spice at it and make it special.

I traditionally never build the same kit twice, I would build another of these in a heart beat it was that enjoyable.

 

Agreed! I built one of these a couple years ago for a buddy (also wheels up) and I had a good time with it as well!

NIcely executed. A real fine piece of work. Just a question about the missing red/white/blue panels on the tail. Did this aircraft not have them?

No, early ones didn't have the tail markings David. Have a look at that link that I put in on post 121 above then go to p3.
