Hardcore
Nice. Of course, it is regrettably pre-painted...
Bill_S
Impressive. I wonder, though - why are they all in 1/33 scale? I'd be curious to know the history or thought process behind that.
wisa
Since I can remember paper models of airplanes are designed mainly in 1/32 scale ... Why? I do not know
Hubert Boillot
1/32 is an "imperial" scale based on a system made of inches, feet and yards, and fractions... So 1/32 is 3/8 of an inch to a foot.Coming from European countries, mostly Germany and Central Europe countries, 1/33 is a "metric" scale, i.e. 3 cms for one meter. It should really be 1/33.333333, but is simplified as 1/33. Other metric scales are 1 cm to a meter (1/100), 2 cms to a meter (1/50), 4 cms to a meter (1/25), 0.5 cms to a meter (1/200). A lot easier IMHOHubert Edited November 20, 2015 by MostlyRacers Lee White and Bill_S
