I have 70 to 80 1/32 kits not counting figures.

My 1/32 collection is about a 5th of my overall collection. No brag just fact!

I believe I can safely say that at my current rate of build my collection far exceeds my remaining time on earth. :o

If I could just find the will to sell off most of my 1/48 collection the task would perhaps not seem so daunting. ;)

I am just a confident that there will be additions to the "stach" before another is built or sold.

Oh! wait I received two new kits yesterday.

Cheers, Barry :P

My stash this and my stash that......I think the guy wanted to know how many you have BUILT....

I have 3 BUILT......"stash" that's a whole different thread...

Well, I interpreted the word "collection" to mean "stash", but I see your point. My collection of built LSP kits numbers a mere 6, counting the George I finished only this week. I have the long-standing Zero rebuild in the wings, and have just started the 21C Folgore. So, 6 down and 2 on the way...and 39 more to go!

My collection is already out of control...

I need to work on shelving.

Currently on the table are the Wingnut Wings Bristol Fighter, Trumpy's F-100D and Special Hobby's P-39D (being built as a P-400).

My interests vary too much.

Unbuilt, in 1/32, I have:

Hase P-40E

Hase P-40K

Hase Fw-109A

SH 2 x P-39Ds

Trump F4F Wildcat

Trump P-51B

HC P-51A

HC A-36

Hase Spitfire V (with Mk VIII conversion set)

Trump TBF-1C

Trump Yak-18

Trump MiG-15

2 X F-86s (one by Hasegawa, the other by Kinetic)

Trump MiG-3

Azur and SH 2 X I-16s

A6M2 and A6M5 (both Tamiya)

Ki-43

Ki-44

Ki-61

Ki-84

Raiden (old Revell)

2 X Mirage III/V (variations on the Revell kits)

F4U1-D Trump

F4U4 Trump

2 X Beaufighters (old Revell and that Brazillian variation with the vacform parts)

Nieuport 11

Nieuport 16

Nieuport 17

Nieuport 28

Albatros DII

Albatros DIII

LVG C VI

DH-2

Sopwith Camel

Spad VII

Spad XII

None of this counts my 1/48th bomber stash, or various model ships, tanks and figure sets I have in the stash.

Hey Dale!

Great question. Sometimes the aquisition is better than the building  From memory, I can be certain of 88 kits in my 1/32nd scale collections. Add two more if we throw in 35th heeliochoppers. There may be the loose odd and end laying around but I am certain of the 88. Sad thing is nearly half of them are starting in some fashion and only one of them is finished.

Hi LG,

Thanks to all who have joined in on this question. When I asked about "collections", it was kinda open on what that meant. I originally was talking about built kits like I have, but it has been interesting to see all the posts. I would aacquire more too if I wasn't so eager to build them as soon as I get them....lol. Plus, the cost of some of these things is getting up there. Either way we are all enjoying the hobby and nice to see others as interested as me. Thanks again to all for your responses.

Regards,

Dale
