I'm ready to paint my 1/32 Mustang and have used AS-12 in the past for a NMF look. I'm thinking about using Tamiya's lacquer paint flat aluminum (can't remember what number it is) and was wondering if anyone has used it for a NMF finish and also what the best thinner to paint ratio is for Tamiya LP paints.
Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

Thank you guys. I put one of the parts out in the sun with no result. Will try the UV light and hope that works.

I bought some 3D printed parts for a build I'm working on and I've noticed that there a re a few of them that have tacky areas that look like the resin never cured. Is there a way to get the resin to cure? I don't think I can paint over the uncured portions.

Received my B-1 book yesterday. Really well done and tons of great reference photos. Along with the other books I've bought, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them to anyone.

I received my kit today and am a little curious about the color of gray used for the fuselage identification letters on the decal sheet. It seems very dark with a bluish tint to me. Very different than the gray the artist used for the boxtop art and darker than what EagleCals used for the same subject.

Jan - Do you have any plans to re-stock the F-35 tails and flaps/slats sets?

I like Option 2, Dave. Squadron marking variety I think is important. Would you be able to have an Option 3 - maintenance markings only if the kit decals suck?

Jan - Have you thought about doing a Sniper Targeting Pod? They're used on a lot of different aircraft.
