Allok
Two of my favorites; Karl from Austria (Blackbetty) and Chris Sherland built these two in our very first GB. Old Revell: Ahhh, those were the days.
blackbetty
yeah, phil, that was fun, my first online build. thats a bear of a kit i built another one, new revell and it didnt come out very good either, but this time it was not the kits fault: http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=28801&st=0 Edited February 4, 2011 by blackbetty
PhilB
Here's my Tamiya "J". Used Eduard pe for the ip and seats and the burner cans. All markings are Hobby Decal dry transfers apart from the stars and bars and the stripe over the top of the fuse. Yes you can fold the wings on this kit: Unfortunately I won't be particpating in this GB as I've got two very large insects on the bench to do but I hope you all have fun! P Stoner
I did a two part article on a F-4G build I did for the Nationals several years ago, was really the last F-4 build I've done to date! Can't wait to start another one for his GB, it's been a long time. Part 1, Part 2 Paul Edited February 1, 2011 by LSP_Kevin Fixed links.

Bruce
this is the OLD Revell kit. I vacformed new canopies, made a resin cockpit for it, added inboard pylons, drop tanks, open engine access panels, made ab section, added wheel well detail, made the markings for it, repositioned control surfaces, etc. Bruce
blackbetty
very good job, bruce. one of the best builds of an old revell that i have seen. i tried this in the late eighties too, i still have the master for the vac canopy, easily the worst part if the kit
