Sabre F-86
Just curious but why would they take a very nice box and add those cheesy flames? The model looks sweet, but the box art had me laughing.
otis252
Don't worry about that picture on the well packed box. Like the other kits in Paul's line, it is excellent in all respect. Chuck

Rick Griewski
I expect some smoke out of my Phantom. And a bit of flame from the after burners on early jets.

quang
What's wrong with them flames? I always missed the flames (and the red skies) on the Aurora box tops of old. Chek, Jack and paul fisher
Patrick HMD
Oh, OK, I get it. Yep, cheesy. Nice image otherwise. Is that a model? Looks real to me. I'm not a Cutlass fan, but I'm sure it will be a nice build.

Patrick HMD
They look like Cheetos. Yep, in more ways than one. Maybe we're seeing the origins of the word 'cheesy'. lol And maybe it was the Cutlass that finally convinced Navy planners that blast shields would be required on flight decks. What's the story on that last picture? Does anyone know? You can see the pilot. (I think) Looks like he's about to eject.
