Azgaron
Thanks Kevin! I've been hiding it in the group build section! HÃ¥kan BGB and LSP_K2
Azgaron
Had to sort some gaps. Put weight in the nose, and glued it. Still have some more sanding to do, before I can start painting. Shaka HI
I assume some of the raised panel lines/rivets are lost? Gonna do anything to restore them? Keep going!
Azgaron
Most of the panel lines are already rescribed, but I'm not sure how to do with the rivets. Should need a riveter tool, but have none atm. Maybe I'll just leave it as it is. HÃ¥kan Shaka HI and LSP_K2

Azgaron
Not much built now with X-mas day coming full speed ahead! Got myself som Blue Stuff and putty and had to test it. Making the mold was fairly easy, and it looked like this. Just put in hot water for about 3 minutes and the press the part to be molded in it. Let cool a bit and then do the top half. The putty/clay was pretty stiff, sticky and hard to work with, but using water to make it let go of your fingers, helped. After hardening over night, I took out the new part. Test fit after cleaning it up a bit. I think it turned out good enough to be used, and I'll will try to make new propeller blades with it later.
