Erwin
Looking great, Erwin! How were the metal rods, to work with? I have this kit in my stash and have always wondered how difficult it would be to install them and if I would need to use something else, instead. I'm sure it's a case of "Measure twice. Cut once". Keep up the good work! John Well ,most holes are predrilled in the kit. Just those on the underside near the LG need to be done. So it's just a matter of cutting the rods to the right size and fix them in the holes with some white glue. I've done all the rigging in about an hours time. So it's easy to do. Erwin
Erwin,Outstanding work as always. Are you planning to do some light weathering on the Akatombo? Beautiful my friend. Regards, Gregory Jouette Thank you. On the weathering. Being a trainer,I figure part of the training would be maintaining the aircraft (cleaning). So I will leave it as is. But I paint all my models factoryfresh anyway.
