Hello all After Spitfire and Emil comes the Kfir. This is Kinetic offering of F-21A Kfir in 48 scale. Before this one there was no real model of F-21 except of acient ESCI and Italeri rebox of the same kit. So since i am little nutz about Aggressor/Adversary stuff this was a must have for me. The kit itself is realy nice looking but suffer from some minor fit problems, nothing that some careful dry fitting and little putty cant handle. What I find really strange with this kit is the total absence of ACMI (ACMI pod is a must have for a model u sell as aggressor !)pod and sidewinders. Even more strange there was a AN/ALQ-188 Jamming pod and 2 chin pods in the box and those are used only on F-15/16 as far as I know. Of course no mention of it in the instructions which are terrible by the way. I used Modell Master enamels for upper camuflage and Vallejo for bottom. Decals are from Furball and there are some problems with the size of some markings, national insignia and MARINES FOR example so I used mix of Furball and kit decals. All in all taken Kfir looks great with his aggressor family ond shelf. Not my best effort but happy with the results. Now ...pictures

Nuremburg.....NOT a new tool 1/32 Spit from Hasegawa?
Lud13 replied to SeaVenom's topic in LSP Discussion
I finished Revell new tool Spit few months ago and really liked the kit. I also have the mixed Revell/Hasegawa kit but i dont belive its better than new Revell. But for me if model look like the object u build than its ok for me. I understand some of u guys love to build as real and detailed as possible its just that i love my models out of box. Tamiya and ZM are great but too expensive and with too many parts that i would end up closing any way. Thats why i cant wait new Revell offerings, they will be cheap and will give the look of a Spit and Mustang with lot less fuss. I am very interested to see the diference in price and number of parts for new Fw190s from ZM. Its obvious they want to get to larger modeling community and i think they choose the right path. -
Man haw did this gem got under my radar...great Messer

Hello all I started Hasegawa Ki-61 so I have few questions 1. Most probably the paint scheme gonna be silver overall. Since I never done it before I am interested what paint to chose. I can find here Vallejo metal range , Gunze, Tamiya and Humbroll. so what will be best to use? 2. What paint to use for the ailerons since I believe they where not metal, or am I wrong? 3. Anyone have decals with red lightning and overall silver color that he will not use... That are few questions that crossed mz mind at the moment cant promise there will not be more THX Dejan

According to Mr. Sulc.... Another 1/32nd scale item will be up to bat in July, the P-40N as an EduArt edition kit. Again, this will be the Hasegawa kit, with boxart from Mr. Hugault. To this, will be added resin, no shortage of photoetched, and larger decal sheet. The marking options themselves have not yet been selected, and the problem will be what to leave out. Finding what to include will be the easy part. Also included will be poster, and this time with a new spin that I will keep to myself for now, because keeping people guessing isn't always a bad thing. And please, don't expect this kit to be cheap!!!! .Well the last sentence is an eye opener!!
