Avenger2614
Last one for today, I promise. . . Here we have the fiddly and complex Trumpeter Me.262B-1a/U1. Although a bit of a slog to build that fights you in many areas, it really does build up into an impressive rendition of the legendary Swallow. Kit is OOB except for BarracudaCast wheels and Master Models radar antenna. Finish is RLM 76 with 75 spots over black using Model Master enamels. Please feel free to share any comments or criticism. That's how we get better! -Daniel S. Westminster, CO Tewika, Bill Cross, SinuheH and 10 others
LSP_Kevin
Another terrific build Daniel, and another one we don't see too many of. And, another one I'd like to publish on the website! Kev Avenger2614
Piprm
Great job Daniel, Excellent - Excellent! I Love .. anything 262 and the night-fighter especially! You've done a stirling job on one aircraft that's little known- with no photos and some reference in texts by it's pilots. I got 'some' parked away in my cupboard...ready to make my night fighter squadron… you've got me thinking about red 11 now! Avenger2614
Thanks for the kind comments! I would do a few things differently with this build, that's for sure, but I'm happy it made its way off the bench. It was a shelf of doom project for a REALLY long time.
