Plm
Nice built. Don't forget that Trumpeter has not represent the new wheel well wall on the fuselage side, due to the extension of the wing span by adding a part at the wing root. There was a gap in the wheel well wall of fuselage side. I filled the gap in the wall and decided to continue as it is. I do not want to give more effort to this area

I filled the gap in the wall and decided to continue as it is. I do not want to give more effort to this area What I mean is that the wall should not be near the fuselage but at the vertical of the inner door. The wheel well has the same size on P-47N as on P-47D. It should not be deeper as the wing extension is for a tank. Below a picture of my Trumpeter P-47N, I used the Eduard undercarriage set where you can find the new wall. Thanks for the information Eduard s set is a good solution but it should be better if it s used before this stage. I will get one and try to install it . Tolga ULGUR
Well, I have just ordered Eduard undercarriage set from Hannants. Waiting time is around 10 days. We will see applicability of the set at this stage. Thanks again to Plm for the warning. On the other hand while waiting for the set, I turned to the engine area. I will post some pictures soon Edited January 23, 2018 by Tolga ULGUR Troy Molitor
