Out2gtcha
As the title suggests, does anyone make 1/32nd Cobra armament? Was looking for some rocket pods, but am mainly looking for something more accurate than what comes in the kit. Thanks!
Hawkwrench
Check with Floyd at Wernerswings. He might can hook you up. Tim
thierry laurent
Cobra Company did some but getting any of their items from Lone Star could be the scenario of the next mission of Ethan Hunt... D Bellis
John1
Fireball did some nice stuff (rocket pods) but I think it's long OOP. Maybe still find it on Ebay or buyer/seller forums?
Confusionreigns178
It sounds like it could be quicker and easier to scratch-build some rocket-pods. Cheers. Chris.
thierry laurent
Currently, there are actually few rocket pod options available in 1/32 scale and relevant as helicopter warload. I believe this is possibly the only easily available option of a pod similar to the army ones: https://www.videoaviation.com/product/1-32-lau-3-rocket-launcher-w-rocket/ Last, Floyd Werner got the rights to cast some Fireball pods for his AH-1S conversion. You should ask him if that agreement is allowing him to sell some separately. This would solve your problem.
Out2gtcha
Thanks gents! I will have to engage Floyd then. Was also hoping someone someone made the longer separate tube launchers, but looks like no one does those in 32nd at all.
Kagemusha
Don't know if these are appropriate, but there's these from Flying Leathernecks, and from CMK, these. Out2gtcha
easixpedro
Look on Shapeways--I actually got some exquisite XM-158 launchers in 1/48th. Most of the folks that sell on there can size them to whatever scale you want. You can see them in this build: HAL-3 and PBR scene 1/48 - Non-LSP Works - Large Scale Planes -Peter Out2gtcha and LSP_K2 1
Out2gtcha
Thanks all! Peter I did see those, and they actually really looked good. However, right as I was looking at them, I was also talking to a friend via PMs. Im not sure he wants his name revealed here or not, but hes a long standing member of LSP with some seriously good 3D design and printing skills, and hes offered up front to design and make some XM-158s with some M151 warheads for me in 1/32nd! Id love to be able to share some of his design work, but I need to ask him first as I dont want to presume he would be ok with it. Ill ask and see if I can show some progress, as its quite amazing honestly. Thanks again all for the suggestions, its why I love LSP so much.
