dennismcc
Looking good Kev, getting to the paint stage is a major win. Cheers Dennis LSP_Kevin

LSP_Kevin
Thanks, fellas. I elected to put the landing gear on before painting mainly to ensure the strongest possible glue joins, as test-fitting wasn't all that encouraging. I've always had a bad habit of using too much glue, so attaching this wobbly assembly to an already-painted surface would have been a disaster, and I would have had to repaint the area anyway. LSP_Kevin
No actual progress, but I'm pleased to report that the Prym knitting-in elastic I ordered from the UK arrived safely today. And it handily beat the EZ-Line I ordered from a local establishment across town the same day, which I'm still waiting for. LSP_Kevin
Again no real progress, but I did receive my eyelets from Bob's Buckles yesterday. Man, I had no idea how tiny they are! They're going to test my eyesight, for sure. Kev monthebiff and Out2gtcha
Out2gtcha
Yep any kind of "helping hand" type device can be nice. When I did my DH-2 having two poseable alligator clips is really nice when threading Prym through any of Bob's excellent products. LSP_Kevin
And finally my EZ-Line order arrived today, so I'm now fully out of excuses to not tackle the rigging - other than needing to finish (ahem, start) the paint job first. dennismcc
Will be watching this carefully as I still have an aversion to rigging ! Cheers Dennis Derek B and LSP_Kevin
