K5IKL
Now that I have your attention, it's actually the Trumpeter 1/32 F4F-3 Wildcat (early). Totally OOB. Finished this one the heels of the MiG-29. I had some hestitations about this kit but it went together quite well. No real problems to speak of. K5IKL
Jerry Gorgeous finish and just as I like 'em. Fantastic work. Very interested in the paints and the finishing technique  Peter Nothing real special in the finishing. Paints were MM enamel Chrome Yellow and Willow Green and Alcald II for the NMF. Kit decals went down perfectly with some MicroSol. I did discover something new that I hadn't thought of before. The pitot tube in the kit was broken in half and I found that the metal applicator from the MM liquid glue (the one in the black dispenser) and the thin cleaning wire that comes with it make a perfect pitot tube in 32nd.
