Aptivaboy
Any good ones out there? I have some Wingnuts and Encore kits that I'll be needing pilots for, preferably seated pilot figures. Many thanks! Robert
Guest Clunkmeister
I'd like to find standing ones, especially German observers... Edited December 16, 2012 by Clunkmeister
krow113
Do a 1/32 'resin' search on ebay. A number of them will come up. Other than that try here: http://www.greatwaraviation.com/forum/index.php/board,123.0.html
jeroenpeters
Yup. Good link. Model Cellar is the way to go. Pretty pricey though. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Model-Cellar-German-Observer-WW1-1-32-unpainted-figure-MIKE-GOOD-/170929861589?pt=UK_ToysGames_ModelKits_ModelKits_JN&hash=item27cc36b3d5
Guest Peterpools
Just starting to work with figures with my last project but one thing for sure; there is no substitute for a well sculptured figure. My recommendation would ls always buy the highest quality figures your budget allows. Peter

Juggernut
I wish I could paint figures or I might seriously consider doing dioramas. I have an optivisor as it is now....I'd need 10X magnifying glasses to work on a face that is effectively the size of a pea.
Jim Mason
This gentleman also produces some nice WWI figures. http://www.zinnfiguren-martin-hille.de/index.php?cat=c16_Ritter-der-Luefte.html&XTCsid=1gk6mr96bfbnfhhv05nn9im3a6 Jim
ssculptor
A few posts away from yours on LSP is one called Wings Cockpit Figures . Go take a look. They have a good WW1 Standing British pilot figure. Stephen

krow113
Something I feel needs to be added here is that I would urge everyone to be aware of the recast ripoffs out there. My fig in The Biff Piece is a recast ripoff from Asia . He came without a proper package or box photo or instructions , recently I was told he was originally from Latorre . I got him off ebay unawares and I would not knowingly do this again , supporting the creators of unique and original pieces is the proper thing to do. Guest Peterpools
Steve Well said. Supporting the creators and authorized dealers is also important. Peter
Tnarg
Krow113, at least your figure in the Biff piece got us to look into Latorre. I know where to find that one now, and want to pick it up when I do a suitable kit. There is no substitute for the original in quality, plus we give credit (cash) to the creator. Best of all, we might encourage them to do more figures. Tnarg
