shark64
Hi To drown my sorrow of not going to the Nationals I decided to redo the tail rotor....just kidding about the Nationals but I did redo the tail rotor. I wanted to change the pitch angle of the blades to give more life to the rotor.....dont even know if it is that noticable. You be the judges. I also finished the cover on the drive shaft. LSP_Mike
Nice! Your systematic approach to detailing each section is a tutorial in and of itself.
dodgem37
I like that rotor. Not to mention everything else you've been doing. Can/do the blades rotate along the flat piece of brass? Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Mark
WrongWay
Fantastic work on that windscreen! That tail rotor is amazing too.
shark64
I like that rotor. Not to mention everything else you've been doing. Can/do the blades rotate along the flat piece of brass? Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Mark Hi Mark. Thanks. The only rotation on the blades is below the brass rods. The brass rod is the link to the action of the blade rotating. No modeling this weekend.....taking a little break to decide what is the next step in the build. Does anyone have pictures of the winning helos for the IPMS US nationals ???
