Tamiya sea blue right from the bottle. Sprays flat initially but after some gloss it looked close enough for me. I put the three pics on as lighting was different in each.

A Ki 46 would be fantastic........Both the recon and the gun nose.......a J1N1 Irving (gekko) would be a nice to have,,,,,,,,,Just blow up the Tamiya 1/48 kits. Rob

while we are talking decals..........would love to see Quinta do some cockpit details (quinta prints their details on decal paper right?) for the F-8 as well as a few other jets from that era.

I used the AMS stuff on the trumpeter kit....prop blades and wheels. I made the canvas cover behind the pilot out of epoxy putty. The ZM kit was built out of the box. Trumpeter ZM

Wing tip tanks, weapons pylons, blanking plate for the turret, larger rudder, new tail cone for fuselage to match rudder, new props, dome light for the vertical.......plane dependant new cowls / carb intakes, new antenna fit. Not sure about internal changes in the rear gunners station, wheels......what comes to mind with out further investigation......... I will add the gun nose kit comes with the early ww2 canopy. If a conversion is made for the gun nose kit, a canopy will be required. I will point out the gun nose in the kit is terrible...........if you made a new gun nose as a stand alone part, it would correct the ww2 gun nose kit, offer a conversion to convert the clear nose korean bird to a gun nose korean bird and would be a step towards the A-26K.

I may be looking for 2 different things.....a sander that goes side to side (think flat part of an F-15 intake) and something that goes round to sand out out a rounded part of the intake (think back of the F-15 intake where it goes circular). I apologize for the poor description lol.
