  1. Some may find this very interesting, I did....
  2. It can be easily done with some plycard and milliput. I did one with the Hase E years ago.
  3. SAC landing gear will not support the weight of the model. You are better off using the kit landing gear or even better yet see if you can find a set of G-Factor landing gear. It is bronze and will hold up for ever. I used a set on my Academy CF-118 many years ago and is still holding firm.
  4. I thought this was an interesting interview
  5. I just saw this thread. I missed it somehow? Happy B-Day. Sorry to hear about the job situation.
  6. Sorry to hear that, I hope he makes a full recovery.
  7. Yeah, definitely in very poor taste.
  8. I moved this to WIP, this is definitely a LSP project. Nice work so far.
  9. All this info comes from the bible of wood ship modeling
  10. Your doing a really nice job here. If you want to attempt making your own ratlines I can send you info on how these are done.
  11. And you now have photographic evidence to support the scheme......
  12. Ditto, exactly what I was going to post
  13. Now this would be a fun build.....
  14. Its absolutely beautiful. Thanks for posting!
  15. I don't think so, The Typhoon, Tempest and Sea Fury all used the same bubble canopy. I think the Spitty fuse is much narrower.
  16. I haven't said this about Trumpeter in a long time, but I'd buy that for sure. Looks good. That music, good lord. I was waiting for The little Mermaid or Cinderella's head to pop up from the bottom of my screen. What was he thinking with that? Hopefully all the corrugation lines up on the wing halves.
