SeanH
Hey Everybody I am going to give the old Revell Mosquito a go. I was able to get Paragon's resin conversion set for it, which looks really nice. I also have Aviology's decals for Mr. B's mosquito which will make the markings much easier. Mr. Bannock shot down 11 aircraft and 19 V1 rockets. Pretty amazing to be able to shoot down that many rockets even in a Mosquito.

Sabre F-86
If my eyes are not deceiving me, thats the FBVI set. I'll be watching this one closely. I've got the makings for one in my stash, and this will give me an idea of whats involved. Sabre

LSP_K2
I used this (FB MKVI), Paragon set on my Mosquito (still not finished yet) ,and it seems to me that the nose is too pointy. I’d be very interested in your thoughts regarding that particular issue. In all other respects, everything seemed to fit well on my example. Out2gtcha
Nice job Sean.....Ive always been a huge mossie fan, especially in 1/32. But as im sure you know, all the different versions of the 1/32 mossie kits out there have their problems. Crap! Ive been looking for that 1/32 Paragon kit for YEARS now! Id LOVE to get my hands on one of those as I got lucky awhile back and snaged one of the very rare old RipMax 1/32 Mossies on mint condition. What a find for $15! If you know of anyone who has or would be interested in selling one of another of those Paragon kits please PM me, cause as im sure you know, they are about as scarse as the RipMax Mossie herself..... Out2gtcha
I`ve never seen OR heard of a RIPMAX Mossie. Have a pic? Its actually not the mexican made Revell version or the US version but (i think, anyone who knows for sure please correct me) a version made in the UK with what I believe are the same Revell molds, but the RipMax Revell kit is molded in white and not green: Revell RipMax Mossie Possibly other differences too, but I dont have any other of the Revell 1/32 versions to compare to. And yes I have a set, but you`ll have to pry it from my cold dead hands!!............Harv HA! Funny, thats the same reaction ive gotten from anyone who actually has one! I just recently discovered that I have not one, but two sets of 1/32 60 lb rockets and rails; wish I had a dozen. I've also got some exceptionally nice 1/48 Paragon stuff. MikeMaben
Going to be nice to see a Mossi in the build, what does the conversion set give you ? When I purchased one of these a little less than a year ago from Relish Models the catalog that came with it listed a bunch of 1/32 Mosquito stuff that was all listed as TBA. One might contact them and see if any of this is still in the works or not. This shot is from their site, listed as out of stock.
Out2gtcha
The person responsible for these and many other parts is Neilm I believe. He posts here by the name of paragondesigns (which he owns). Maybe if enough people PM him, maybe we can get a few sets made. I think its worth a try............Harv Sounds like a plan to me! Im gonna try to get ahold of them and see if its possible to get a conv kit for my RipMax Mossie. Or even if he says he needs multiple orders to get some sets Ill be willing to go that route if we can round up some people who want a set.............which from the sound of things there going to be quite a few people who would want this great conversion set.
