oldthudman5
Any "fine floating particulate" ingested into the lungs can cause harm........Fine resin dust is no exception.....We know the dangers of asbestos ingested in the work environment especially..........It is just good sense to wear a mast when cutting resin or other medium that makes this fine dust............... Simple mast are easily available from most pharmacies, paint stores or paint departments in big box home improvement centers, etc etc.........why take chances? Zactoman
No, best to stick to natural materials. Mahogany, perhaps. Buzz-kill... I forgot to add: Wood dust can be bad too! And in some cases can cause cancer: http://www.wood-database.com/wood-articles/wood-allergies-and-toxicity/#chart Use a mask!
