ericg
More cockpit work, I went crazy with Airscale decals and have pretty well finished off the instrument panel. All it is lacking is more of a drybrush and some clear to represent the instrument glass. The Stick grip with some of the prominent yellow lines on top. PS Pete, in answer to your question about doing the parts again, possibly. I am thinking about doing one last production run then `moving on'. ericg
Hi Pete, let me get this finished first then I will crank some resin out for you. Here is a further test fit of the undercarriage, to check the `sit' of the model. Looks like it is doing a million miles an hour just sitting there! Not a huge amount of work to do then it will be all done...... Whitey and SinuheH

Troy Molitor
Wow, This one is looking spectacular Eric. ( they all do coming out of your factory!) Are you using the metal landing gear for this bird? Just curious. Troy
ericg
Hi Troy, Yes I will be using the G-Factor brass undercarriage. This model will definately need it as there is a ton of resin parts to go into it. I am going to use the following colours for the 3 tone cam: I thought I would try out the new spraybooth (one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Sparmax-SB88-Spray-Booth/dp/B006Z5FMU2 ) by preshading the underneath of the model with RLM 66 grey. This part has me worried that any sloppy scibed panel lines will show up! Next up is the Light aircraft grey with a couple of drops of white for scale effect. I then post shaded with a much lighter shade of the base colour grey to break up the underside a bit. It is a little hard to see the effect in this pic but it is there! Stay tuned, this will be all over and done with very quickly now. Whitey
LSP_Kevin
Wow Eric, that's looking really good mate! Nice spray booth too - looks a decent step up from the one I have, but also much more expensive. Where did you get it from? Kev
ericg
Hi Kev, the local Toyworld. $249 AUD. Worth every cent! Eric. Piprm
LSP_Kevin
Hi Kev, the local Toyworld. $249 AUD. Worth every cent! Eric. The local Toyworld? Cripes! I had to get mine off eBay from Sydney, and it's smaller than yours (the spray booth I mean). And that price is way better than the one in the Amazon link you posted (though still more expensive than my cheapie). Great buy! Kev
