  1. Quick question, on The Modelling News site about this kit, they show a (black n white) photo of Grey Nurse in flight, and the spinner is obviously NOT red. So why does Airfix portray it as such? Regards, Pete who is not very knowledgable about Spits.
  2. 'morning all. Yep, I got that email today also. Good news indeed. I will buy one for the 'tweener collection as I like floaty things and to encourage SW to produce more. Max, the Flycatcher wheeled version does come in 1/32, I have one in the stash. It was the Woodcock that only came in 1/48. ( have one of those too, nice kit).
  3. Hi Ernest, just a technical point. Those are intake tubes, not exhausts. Rotorary engines vented exhaust gases directly out of the valve opening in the cylinder head. Great job so far, following with interest. Regards, Pete in RI
  4. You are welcome Olga and Alex, Thank you for making such a great product. Can't wait to see the Gotha UWD and Lohner props I ordered. Regards, Pete in Rhode Island.

  10. That depends on the size of the dog. Some just need a small scooper, others a wheel barrow.
  11. Happy birthday Pete
  12. Hi Gang, just a quick note to let you all know PATCON is set for September 15th at the American Heritage Museum in Hudson, Massachusetts. We will have lots of vendors, a raffle ( including a tank ride kindly donated by the museum!) competition and display tables, seminars, gundams, make n take for the kids, even a lego display section. Will be a great day out at a great museum. Please stop by if you can. Regards, Pete.
  13. Max, you are going to have to get a flight log book just for warbirds! Shuttleworth should give you an honorary lifetime membership just on your experiences alone.
  14. NZ is definately on our travel list. I think we can make it happen for the '26 season.
  15. I will third BNA, a good supplier.

  18. Also try the fly fishing stores for their fly tying stuff. All kinds of micro threads in a huge range of colours and sizes.

  21. Yep, did one a few years ago. Great kit, great build. There is/was a ton of a/m for it which really enhances the kit. I would say go for it!
