  1. Well done, Tolga! I'll have to get the Aerocraft piece for my own build. Kev
  2. Congrats, Gaz! Wonderful result. Kev
  3. The usual less than 25% complete rule still applies. Kev
  4. Nice to know where the boundaries are, though! Kev
  5. After he finished the model, Russ sent me a full printed set of the drawings he used, which I still have. Kev
  6. There has been discussion on the forums lately about running a 25th Anniversary Group Build. To be honest, the fact that 2024 is LSP's 25th birthday completely passed me by. We made a big deal of our 20th Anniversary, and in many ways this is an even bigger deal, so a Group Build to celebrate is a no-brainer. So, here's the deal. The LSP 25th Anniversary Group Build will run concurrently with other, already planned Group Builds, starting on 1 March 2024, and concluding on 25 December 2024 (finish date chosen for appropriate length and numerical synergy). The theme will be two-dimensional. Given that this is our Silver Jubilee, the first dimension is simple and obvious: anything silver. Needs no explanation, really. But in the interests of encouraging the broadest possible participation, we're going to include as part of the theme anything that relates to the number 25 - anything. This second dimension is as loose as they come, and if you can justify your selection based on "25", then it's in. This Group Build is designed as a celebration of LSP's longevity and overall success - we've been online longer than Facebook and YouTube, and only one year less than Google. And we'd like to have as many members as possible join that celebration, with as few barriers to entry as possible. If you have any questions, the answer is probably yes. But ask away all the same! Kev
  7. Nice work, Max! I have some of those, but have yet to use them. Kev
  8. Congratulations! That looks fantastic. Kev
  9. I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone to remember to download the books you purchase from us here at KLP Publishing. I’m currently sitting on a list of 15 customers who have failed to download their purchases for some reason over the past several months. I’ve reached out to each of you twice via email, using the email address supplied in your order—once from my KLP email address, and once again using a Gmail account. If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email containing the download links, or either of the follow-up emails, please contact me and we’ll sort it out. If you’re simply not sure of the download process, I’ve written a handy guide that should answer any of your questions: https://www.klp.com.au/2017/12/06/purchasing-downloading-our-books/ As outlined in that article, if you created (or were logged into) an account while making the purchase, then the books will always be available from the Downloads section of your profile. Occasionally a customer will make a purchase without understanding that all our books are digital-only, and will quietly sit and wait for something to arrive in the post. While this is unfortunate, and a refund is available upon request (provided the books have not already been downloaded), most are happy to download the digital book once they realise their mistake. However, if you’re in this boat yourself, and now can’t find a download link, please contact me and we’ll rectify the situation. If you’re not sure if this situation applies to you, or have any other questions, simple reach out through whatever channel suits you best (email, Facebook, Instagram or on the website), and I’ll do what I can to resolve the issue. Kev
  10. Something like a generic LSP-branded t-shirt might be better handled through one of the many order-fulfilment platforms that exist these days (we used to use Zazzle back in the day). That takes the pressure off specific individuals, but the downside is that the products tend to be pricey. Kev
  11. Happy Birthday, fellas! Kev
  12. Howdy folks, A little late with this one, but I've just published the latest What's New update. Enjoy! Kev
  13. Generally we count all sci-fi as non-LSP. Kev
  14. Which long span are you referring to, Lee? The original B-2 boxing of the HKM kit comes with extended wing tips, but these didn't extend the span by much. Kev
  15. Nice progress, Mike. Next time you have trouble with translucent white plastic, try spraying the inside black prior to assembly. This helps block the light tremendously, and results in less paint needed to do it from the outside - especially if that paint is also white, like in your case. Kev
  16. I was going to mention the glare shield angle too, but Derek beat me to it! One of reference photos you posted seems to show it pretty clearly, Max. Kev
