  3. This is gonna be an interesting thread Larry! Is there an easy way to do the internal bulkheads etc, when I build vacs, I usually find them a pain in the a%£. I either get them right first time or, spend all night getting one right!

  13. Matt, the metal panels were Cerrux grey as already stated and the linen areas were silver doped. The interior colours were interior grey/green on metal panels, stringers and ribs, and on the fabric areas, a pinkish streaky sort of colour where the initial red dope had seeped through the linen. Have look at the vac I built just before the Trumpy release ""Swordfish
  14. Not a big fan of Japanese aircraft but, I remember building one of these in 1/72 scale when I was a kid and, it's probably my fave of Japanese aircraft. So, carry on, I'm watching....
  15. Looking great, you're nearly there now! Did you make masks for the camo or is it freehand?
  16. I've made one for myself; a scrap of thin brass tube, spun it in a dremmel and used a grinding stone to get a bevel on the end. then you can put the tube in a pin vise, quick turn and you have an 'o' shaped fastener.
