David G
Would there be a market for them? or is the recce Phantom not popular enough to justify a print run? I have several Revell RF-4C kits and would love to build some of Alabama's ANG anniversary birds.

Tony T
There was a Revell edition of the RF-4C which came with SEA-wraparound Kentucky ANG and Hill Gray II Mississippi ANG markings. AirDoc do the Gulf War Hill Gray II Alabama ANG markings with the dinky shark's mouth. I find many of the celebration schemes too gaudy for a camouflaged jet. Why not go the whole way and do the Luftwaffe Spirit of Bremgarten German flag scheme if the above three options are insufficient? http://www.hahen.de/epages/64625185.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/64625185/Products/32021 Tony edited to post link Edited February 8, 2016 by Tony T
ScottsGT
I cannot imagine a manufacturer producing decals for a kit that is no longer made. Sales would be based on stashes and conversions. But I'm in for a set! Edited February 8, 2016 by ScottsGT
Tony T
There is the Avionix conversion set out there and GTR are working on one, or were, for the Tamiya kit. Much better basis for the McAir Model 98 RF-4 series. There's also the Xtradecals sheet for an Alconbury RF-4C, Starize, in European One. I believe it's still available.
