Klaus H
wow, its a stunning modell. although i do not like ripped planes that much, this is absolutely good craftmanship. i am most impressed about the turbine and the wints. really fantastic work. i do also like the paintjob alot. nothing you see every day. looking forward to see the finished modell. maybe you could try to make some pictures in a darker room to show the position lights in action. a video of the turbine? hehe cheers klaus
Chris/Germany
Thanx a lo Piet! great to hear this from somebody who's been sitting in the "real" Ursula .....think you know her better than anyone else here.Klaus, taking short videos of the working elements on my planes is in the planning stages ( especially to show how the wings of the CORSAIRs fold up and down), but to include it in my articles is not that easy cause I'm not a specialist in compressing video-files. Also I'm connected analog to the web, so sending vids to Brad or Chris would take years ...............think I'll send a disk with files for the articles.thanx a lot mates, glad you like it and your responses give me the guts to continue with the "Nightfighter-project".cheersChris "the ripper"

LSP_Matt
Spectacular so far Chris! I think the mottling is incredible. You have really outdone yourself on this one! Yeah me too...I love that mottling. So colourful. Seems almost a shame to put a framed canopy on it. Cheers Matty

Chris/Germany
Sorry John....thousand times Sorry! to be correct: I like dioramas, but normally 90% of them are simply "overloaded" and distract from the main spot / thing, that's why normally I don't do them. To do a nice and "real looking" diorama is a special kind of modelling which needs more than simply gluing some parts together and paint them, looking at your dios shows exactly how essential things like exact planning, measurements, lighting and overall sizes are........not fishing for compliments here but your dioramas belong to the other 10% cheers mateChris "the ripper"
