Chris/Germany
Thanx mates, glad you like it I for myself was a bit surprised by the final look of the cammo, although I did a few tests on white paper after checking the reference pic ( thanx to Piet for the link to "Ursula") the paintjob turned out a bit different but finally it doesnt look bad. As mentioned before my clubmate Michael Ullmann gave a few tips to me ( some of you may know Michael as bookauthor and specialist in RLM colours, he also did a seminar/workshop in Telford last year) which helped me a lot. When looking to this cammo I realize a bit of the effect when I saw the 1/1 FW190D Jerry Crandall painted last year ( and I think it was not only me) beeing absolutely surprised by the "colourness" of the final bird and I think here the effect is really the same: using the suggested / researched colours with a special pattern ( Mike is right here with "squiggles") leads to a result which should be correct, even if it looks a bit colourfull. I like it. Thanx again mates cheers Chris "the ripper"
