Azgaron
All glass pieces in place. and painted I decided to sand off the strut location mark, and add some plastic at the end of the struts. I did the same thing with the ladder mark, and instead I used a drill to make 2 dents where I wanted to put the ladder. I need to sand some more to remove the mark completely. Azgaron
I sanded down the exhaust pipe a bit, and added some putty to get better likeness of the original. I'm gonna sand it to proper shape, and paint it. Then I did a small experiment on one of the wings. I first painted tank grey, and then masked. Then on with some black, and after a while, I removed the tape. I think it turned out pretty good, so I'll do the same on the other wing. I'll paint the other surfaces in black. Azgaron
I've done quite a bit of masking and painting on this one, considering it mainly all black! Some pics. First some tank gray. Some masking. Some black color. Unmasked. More masking. More black color Result. The fuselage stripes are pretty visible, and I'll try and tone them down a bit. Maybe by adding black to the future cote, as decals are next. The wings have undergone the same procedure, and are almost done. Some touch up and a few more details to paint, then on to decals and final assembly.
